Frequently Asked Question

Can't find shift to process timesheet
Last Updated 6 years ago

If you're trying to process timesheets and you find a shift missing from the top section which is in the bottom section. Then the shift probably hasn't been confirmed in the 'Create Bookings' page.

In the 'Create Booking' page, click 'Bookings to Confirm' and then select a date for when/before the date of the shift. If the shift is in the list, then the booking was never confirmed and therefore the system doesn't know the shift had been worked. Highlight the booking you want and click 'Confirm'. Now check in 'Timesheet' page, the shift should now be there to process.

If you still can't find the shift to process the timesheet, the shift may have been processed with a different timesheet. Go to 'Reports', then click 'Staff Work History'.Check 'Search by name' and start typing the staff's surname into the text field and selecting the staff member. Next choose a date range that the shift would be between. Find the shift and look at the 'Invoice' 'Timesheet' 'Date Paid' columns. If the shift doesn't have any of those columns filled in then the shift may have not been confirmed in create booking. If the shift has got one of those filled in you can now find that the shift may have already been put in a different timesheet, invoiced and or paid.

If neither of these solutions work, are you looking in the right week? Check the date of the shift you have input from the drop down list against the week numbers and select the correct week to process the new shift.
