Adding Client Order Number to an Invoice

To add an order number to a Clients Invoice after the invoice has been created. You will need to go to the Report Menu and Hospital Work Record report, select the Client and the correct start date for the timesheets on the invoice you want to change. Select the timesheet line so that it is highlighted and you can enter the client order number to the right of the screen under ref/order number.
You may need to recreate the PDF on the View invoice screen to see the changes.
