Check your Staff are Compliant for Payroll

Go to the SetUp menu, Check Database.

Go to the Check Compliance tab.

Under this tab, you can run a checking process on each different document type to show you a list of people who are missing certain documents. First click compliance and next select the item that you want to run a check for


Click the Run Checking Process button.

The system will then check for all staff members who don't have that particular document and create a list of people who are missing that document.
You can then print off this list for use when checking each of the staff members and correcting any issues so that they become compliant again.

This report can be run on all of the compliance types.
