To enable this feature go to Setup-> Check Database-> Comms Settings. Tick the box next to Covid Reminder Text then press update. You will need to add txtEndMsg.rtf to the system which we will do next otherwise it will send out the standard covid reminder text.

Go to Communication-> Std Letter 

If you do not have a file named txtEndMsg.rtf in the right hand pane click Add New Letter and enter the name txtEndMsg into the box that pops up without the .rtf

Select the txtEndMsg.rtf from the right hand pane. Then enter the text you want to add when done press save.
