How to setup induction email for workers first shift

You need to enable the check first time option on the create booking screen under the Bookings drop down menu. This will then send an email to the staff member when they are booked into Their first shift from this point onwards.

Once it is enabled you can go to the Induction List report in the spreadsheet report and load the report. You can use this to track staff that have filled in the induction questions by selecting the the options at the bottom.

The run induction process will update records.

To view the induction report for a given staff member at a given location select the staff member at the location you want to see.

Then click induction drop down menu and select print induction report.

This will bring up another window which you can print off.
