Screen Display Issues

If you're having issues with the screen display then you can fix that by editing the display settings.
To do this:
Right click the Pulse icon on your desktop. Click Edit.
Go to the Display tab. Untick "Use all my monitors for the remote session". Change the Display Configuration scale how you want it (All the way right will make it full screen).
Go to the General tab. Click Save.
If the Pulse icon doesn't have the option to Edit it, then you must:
Right click the Pulse icon. Click Properties. Click Change.
Select "Remote Desktop Connection". If you can't find it click "More Options" and scroll until you find it.
Click Apply. Click OK.
If it's still not working as you want it to then just ring or email us for support.
