Can I set a member of staff to be a preferred worker for a client

Preferred Clients can be set up against a member of staff, which means that they will appear on the Availabilty, and Availability Search screen with a green icon prior to the staff name which identifies them as preferring to work with this Client.


On the Main Menu click on Staff Details, select the employee name from the list. Click Working Preferences. The middle square of this window is for Preferred Clients.

Click the Add button to start adding the preferred client information. Select the Group, Client, Location and who is preferring the client.
